Hello, everyone! I know communication has been a bit sparse over the last few months, and obviously you have ALL noticed because you are at the edges of your seats waiting for more chant book info. Well, I’m here with an update. The reason I have had to pause my comic book writing briefly was because I was asked to collaborate in a poetry book. That book (called “Bouquet of Stars”) will be coming out in November 🎉. It has been an exciting and also distracting journey, BUT will prove very helpful when it comes to THIS book. First of all, I will be approaching the comic book with fresh eyes, as an already published writer. Secondly, poetry is a tool I have been able to use within the comic art. Little sing-songy poems are very helpful in memorization AND poetry is all about emphasis on certain words, and the rhythm of spoken word, which is also true in (wait for it) …CHANT

Anyway, thank you for your patience as the poetry book is finished, and don’t worry, Neuman and I still communicate frequently. I’ll be back with updates next month.
